With over two decades of acting experience in front of the camera and behind the mic, Corey has the versatility and imagination to transform an idea into a world teeming with life. From giant blood-sucking monsters, to deadly assassins, or being the charismatic voice of reason, Corey owns every role she steps into with heart.
I grew up involved in every facet of performance—community theatre, dance, choir…even down to writing my own shows! If my mother was willing to drive me to the auditions and rehearsals, I was going to do it. By the time I was a teenager, I'd been part of dozens of productions, as both cast and crew, and knew I'd found my home.
Shortly after college, I turned my focus away from that joy, until one night, in a cheap hotel in El Paso, I had an epiphany (see panic attack). I could either let my dreams of being the greatest Jedi of the Old Republic die right there in the middle of the desert, or I could appease my inner voice and just f*cking do it.
Obviously the scary voice in my head won.
Since that fateful night, I’ve had the pleasure of lending myself to countless stories, be it through the power of my voice, in front of the camera, or even running around set as a member of the crew. Whether I’m fighting dragons, conjuring ancient curses, or battling a deadly virus outbreak at 30,000 feet, nothing is as fun or fulfilling as stepping into an entirely different circumstance and creating a brand new world with just the power of an imagination.
In my free time, I enjoy writing, caring for my harem of geriatric cats, pretending to like running, day dreaming about living in space, and hopping on the occasional airplane.
Life is short. Be scared and do it anyway.
